I’m sure my fellow Nigerians know what ‘yabbing’ means. However to enlighten y’all, to yab someone means to insult or abuse that person.

The question that might come to your mind is, “who am I to yab you and why would I want to do that?”.

So because another person younger than you are just got married, you are going to jump into the lagoon?
What is that door * that you feel others are entering to, but its locked to you?
Have you found out your life’s purpose yet?
What if your life story is different from theirs?

This post is focused on the first part i.e. the prophecy taught to King Lemuel by his mother and I have split the lessons learnt into three categories:

Truly, things get out of hand at times, but in the midst of it all, God is still maintaining order and keeping everything in check.

Our society needs not just the Proverbs 31 women but also Proverbs 31 men, mothers, spinsters and bachelors.

This temptation is a recurring one, it keeps coming back more armed and I have to keep finding ways to fend it off so as not to keep succumbing.
