You’ve waited for so long, miracles is just another word people throw around. You are scared to dream, afraid to hope; your heart/hope has been dashed in many pieces, you don’t want to risk another heartbreak.
You build a wall of defense round yourself, you pretend to be fine, trying to stay strong and avoid intrusive questions; yet on the inside, you are a bundle of nerves, a hot mess just struggling to be.
Everyday is a struggle. You have so many questions for God; yes you know He is working everything out for your good (at least, that’s what His word says), why then does it seem like everything is working against you? It seems to be as if you take a step forward, then two steps backward.
Your once happy and bubbly personality has been buried deep. You call it maturity, the new cool, unimpressed façade you now put on, but deep down you know it is just a coping mechanism.
You know what!!! I am so excited that you are here to read this today, yeah, I’ve got some things I want you to know today:
- You are not alone: Many of us go through or are in a season like this, so don’t feel bad about feeling this way.
- It is just a life phase: Yes darling, this is just one of the many seasons of life. This too will pass, you will be fine, your miracle is on the way.
- Miracles still happen: I woke up today to Miracles by Colton Dixon playing on my mind, and it inspired me to write this to you. Your miracle is coming suddenly, expect a suddenly surprise. I linked the song below, I hope it inspires you.
- God is still there for you: Yaaaasssss boo, God still gat you. Even though He may be silent during your trial, He is behind the scenes working out the littlest details of your life; He will make a beautiful message out of the hot mess you think you are.
I love you and I’m rooting for you. Your season of suddenly miracles is here, get ready for a myriad of blessings.
