The Esthitude Place

It is with great pleasure and happiness that I welcome you all to September, a month of praise and to the last one-third of the year, the season of Thanksgiving.

In the part of the world where I come from, the “ember” months i.e. September, October, November, and December are most times termed months of evil and woes; many times we are advised not to travel much, to be careful and be more prayerful.

However, it is what you profess that you possess, the power of your confession is very great. As I prayed on my bed this morning and ruminated on what September would look like, what dropped on my mind is PRAISE. September is the month that we praise down our rain of blessings, we’ll praise down the manifestation of our expectations, we’ll praise for greater things to come. To confirm this, the message in my devotional centered on praising God for His goodness and praying to be like Him.

Praise is similar to Thanksgiving. When you praise: you give thanks, you worship and adore. As an individual, you need to develop a habit of praise: to God, your fellow humans and to yourself, i.e., be always thankful to God, to folks around you and be thankful for who you are.

In lieu of this, I’ll be sharing posts on “4 Things To Be Thankful For” at the beginning of each week in the month. You can participate by writing down things or people you are thankful for, you can also download songs on praise, thankfulness, devotion, etc.

Remember, this is the Season of manifestation, tap into this by faith and we are going to be having a lot to thank God for at the end of the month.
