On a calm Thursday evening, I took a stroll down my street holding nothing but my journal and a pen. I found a bulwark to sit on and enjoy the beauty of nature that surrounded me.

Your love has taken over me
Yes I’ve learnt to depend on you
I’ve got confidence in You
In You oh Lord, I put my trust

Leave me astounded, leave me amazed
Show off Your glory, let heaven invade
We’re waiting with worship, we’re waiting with praise
For the almighty presence of God to invade

So dear friends, welcome to February and the stark realisation that 2017 is already beginning to fly away.

I’ll like to tell you a story about a lesson life taught me recently. If you’ve been following my posts (especially the NYSC category), you should be able to comprehend this story easily.

Living life intentionally means living life proactively and realistically; not a reactive kind of living.
