Another year around the sun, and this one feels different. This birthday isn’t just another milestone—it’s a moment of deep reflection, gratitude, and anticipation.

The past year ushered me into one of the most profound experiences of my life: Motherhood. It has been a beautiful, stretching, and transformative journey. Nothing quite prepares you for the way your heart expands, how priorities shift, and how you start seeing the world differently. I’ve learned so much in the last year—not just about caring for a child but also about myself, my strength, my capacity for love, and the kind of life I want to build.

I’ve learned to embrace change, to navigate uncertainties with grace, and to find strength in moments that once felt overwhelming.

A new ywar
Totally grateful

As I step into this new year, three words define the season ahead: Growth, Ease, and Abundance.

✨ Growth—in every area that matters. As a mother, as a professional, as a writer, as a woman of faith. I want to keep evolving, learning, and deepening my impact. Growth that is intentional, rooted, and not just about doing more but becoming more.

✨ Ease—because life doesn’t have to be a constant hustle. I’m learning to embrace a rhythm that allows me to thrive without unnecessary pressure. To create space for joy, for stillness, for the things that truly matter. To build a life that aligns with my values, where I’m not just achieving but also living.

✨ Abundance—not just in material things but in love, wisdom, opportunities, and purpose. Abundance in how I give and receive. Abundance in grace for the journey ahead.

This year, I want to embrace motherhood fully while also building my career and business. I want to be present for my child while stepping into greater impact in my professional and creative work. I want to serve my church and community, write more books, grow meaningful relationships, and create value in ways that align with my purpose.

And in all of this, I want to remember that growth doesn’t have to come with struggle. That I can build, evolve, and expand with ease. That I can pursue my goals without burnout. That I can trust God’s timing, take intentional steps, and allow abundance to flow in ways I never imagined.

So, here’s to a year of becoming—growing deeply, living fully, and embracing everything this season has to offer.
